## Description

We are seeking a Seasonal HR Specialist to join our team at Target. As an HR Specialist, you will be a strategic partner to leaders and team members, delivering HR services with accuracy, consistency, and care.

The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide guidance and operational support to leaders and team members on HR processes and organisational change

- Deliver consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools

- Apply established best practices and standard procedures to support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance needs

- Interact regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent experience

- 1+ years of administrative experience

- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word, O365)

- Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate with all levels of organisation

- Ability to work with highly confidential information

- Ability to take initiative and make fair and consistent decisions
