## Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Multipurpose Receptionist at our Pantin site, located just outside Paris.

As a receptionist, you will take care of our clients from arrival to departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and manage check-in and check-out procedures

- Handle billing and payment, providing exceptional service

- Manage telephone calls and bookings

- Offer personalized experiences for clients

- Promote hotel facilities and enhance client stays by suggesting services

- Perform administrative tasks, such as email management and contract preparation

- Apply brand and group policies and procedures

- Embody the Heartist spirit in interactions with clients

- Participate in quality and quantitative objectives

- Contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty through the All loyalty program

Requirements:

- Hold a high school diploma or BTS Hospitality and Tourism degree

- Have initial experience in hospitality

- Fluent in French and English

- Possess commercial spirit and adaptability

- Demonstrate organisational and anticipatory skills

- Knowledge of check-in/check-out procedures and Opéra Cloud software is an asset
