With the Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Industry (m/f/d), you will acquire sound and versatile business administration competencies with a high practical relevance. You will apply the competences learned at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (HWR) directly in a diverse and dynamic sales business in the energy industry at Vattenfall Europe Sales GmbH.

For this three-year dual study programme, we are looking for motivated and interested students for the Berlin location starting on 15 August 2027.

- Active design opportunities in a dynamic and growing energy sales sector

- Numerous deployment opportunities in various sales areas (see below)

- Promotion and support of conceptual, analytical, methodological and communicative competences

- Business administration core disciplines such as accounting, finance and marketing

- Supplementary subjects such as statistics, business law and digitalisation

- Individual focus setting in the areas of marketing, personnel management & organisation, financial & accounting or supply chain management

- Flexible working time and -location: 37-hour week, flexible working hours with hour account and mobile working

Qualifications:

- University entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification (absolutely required), good grade

- Good grades in mathematics, English and German

- Highly developed flexibility and openness

- Good cognitive and organisational abilities

- Optimisation of sales processes and our procurement portfolio on the energy market

In addition, there are deployment opportunities in other corporate areas. A practical internship at our European locations in Stockholm, Amsterdam or Helsinki is also possible and will be financially supported by Vattenfall.
