Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Work Pattern** Monday 16:30-20:30 Friday 16:30-20:30 Saturday 16:30-20:30

_Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December._

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Utilise our digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
