## Description

The Senior Regional Manager, Air Freight role at Flexport involves leading air freight performance, strategy, and business growth across assigned trade lanes and geographic territories. You will have end-to-end financial accountability, lead regional capacity procurement, and design bespoke door-to-door solutions. As a key pillar of regional leadership, you will bridge global air freight strategy with local operational execution and collaborate with cross-functional organisations to expand market share and build strategic airline partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership:** Define and execute the region's long-term air freight vision, own full financial performance, and drive operational efficiency.

- **Capacity Procurement, Pricing & Solution Design:** Secure competitive import capacity, nurture airline relationships, and oversee custom door-to-door pricing structures.

- **Business Development & Commercial Enablement:** Shape commercial strategies, participate in client acquisition, and monitor air cargo market dynamics.

- **Operational Excellence & Local Culture:** Coach and mentor local teams, troubleshoot quality issues, and represent the company externally.

**Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:**

- **Experience:** 7+ years of experience at a freight forwarder or in a similar field, with 5+ years of direct experience designing complex air freight routing solutions and competitive pricing models.

- **Skills & Competencies:** Financial & analytical acumen, end-to-end operational knowledge, high energy & collaboration, and superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.

**Salary Range:** $139,920 - $174,900 USD
