As Senior Practice Leader – Process Excellence (Plan to Report), you will work closely with the senior management team to drive Process Excellence Initiatives and Projects across the Plan to Report Function. This role involves developing a culture of Process Excellence and Innovation by strengthening the quality of end-to-end processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop process improvement and innovation strategies for Plan to Report processes

- Ensure overall end-to-end customer experience and satisfaction

- Plan, identify, and implement continuous improvement projects

- Drive value stream and process mapping workshops to identify waste and improvement opportunities

- Support partner concerns, customer complaints, root cause analysis, data analytics, and action planning

- Work with operations managers and capability leaders to study trends in process improvements and plan targeted interventions

- Provide regular updates on quality initiatives and process improvement projects

- Mentor Process Improvement Teams and Lean and Green Belt projects

**Experience/Skills Required:**

- Background in Plan to Report sub-functions like FP&A, GL Accounting, Reconciliations Statutory and Regulatory reporting

- Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma

- Strong knowledge of Quality and Process Improvement Methodologies

- 12-15 years of professional experience with 5+ years of experience working with senior management teams

- Strong understanding of the relationship between process, organization, and business objectives

- Ability to innovate and enhance procedures and methods

- Excellent communication and customer management skills

- Proficiency with MS Office and Minitab

- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate will be an added advantage
