## Description

We are seeking an experienced SKU Portfolio Manager to join our team at Red Bull Austria, operating out of our office in Fuschl am See.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product portfolio, coordinating new product introductions, changes, and discontinuations for their assigned region and/or product group.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- SKU portfolio management: coordinating new product introductions, changes, and discontinuations

- Cross-functional collaboration: working with colleagues across various departments, suppliers, and agencies

- Processes, tools, and data quality: supporting accurate product and packaging data, and developing a strong understanding of our processes and tools

- Project coordination and execution: managing launches and portfolio changes as projects

- Continuous improvement and user support: improving our tools, workflows, and ways of working

Requirements for the role include:

- A completed secondary education qualification at university entrance level or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field

- Professional experience in operations or product management, particularly within supply chain, new product introduction, or FMCG

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of SAP and SAP MDG-M is an advantage

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously

- Clear, respectful communication and the ability to build relationships, motivate others, and influence without direct authority

- A proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented approach

- Fluent English; German is a plus

We offer a competitive salary package, with a minimum salary of €2535 gross per month, based on market-oriented salaries.
