## Description

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Security Officers to join our team in Telford. The ideal candidates will be vigilant, professional, and customer-focused, providing top-class security services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect unauthorized activities

- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to identify suspicious behavior

- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with emergency services when necessary

- Enforce site rules and procedures to ensure safety and compliance

- Write accurate and timely incident reports and maintain logs

- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff

Requirements:

- Valid SIA license mandatory

- Previous experience as a Security Officer or similar role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

- Strong observational skills with attention to detail

- Physical fitness and stamina to patrol and stand for long periods

- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
