## Description

As a Sales Recruiter at Notion, you'll help build the next evolution of our go-to-market organization.

You'll recruit for new and evolving customer-facing roles, including Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building trusted partnerships with Sales leaders, advising on role definition, search strategy, assessment design, and hiring decisions

- Delivering high-quality hires across the next generation of GTM roles

- Translating Notion's product love, AI opportunity, and customer motion into accurate candidate narratives

- Using talent-market research, mapping, and recruiting data to improve hiring strategy and decision quality

- Raising the quality and consistency of the hiring system

The ideal candidate will have:

- Demonstrated success recruiting across GTM searches

- Ability to turn business strategy into clear candidate profiles and search plans

- Strong sourcing, market-mapping, and closing instincts

- Operational rigor and comfort using data to diagnose pipeline health

- Curiosity, learning agility, and a hands-on approach to AI tools

Notion offers highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The estimated base salary range for this role is $136,000 - $170,000 per year.
