## Description

Spotify's Propositions team shapes how hundreds of millions of people experience and pay for Spotify. As Manager - Proposition Strategy, you'll help define how Spotify grows its next billion users by developing affordable, locally relevant propositions.

## Responsibilities

- Develop new proposition opportunities and evolve existing subscription tiers.

- Own the full journey from initial hypothesis to executive recommendation.

- Build and stress-test business cases that account for Spotify's licensing structure and local market dynamics.

- Identify and quantify potential cannibalization across existing tiers and revenue streams.

- Partner closely with Finance, Product, Legal, Strategy, and Market teams.

- Monitor competitive, consumer, and macroeconomic developments.

- Turn complex analysis into clear choices and recommendations.

## Requirements

- Experience in product strategy, management consulting, or a related area.

- Comfortable building and owning complex financial models.

- Understanding of high-growth consumer markets.

- Ability to translate complex commercial trade-offs into clear narratives.

- Effective collaboration across functions and levels.

- Balance analytical rigor with sound judgment.

## Location

- This role can be based in New York, London, or Stockholm.
