## Description

We are seeking a Project or Construction Coordinator to join our Applied Solutions team in Yellowknife, NT. As a coordinator, you will support the delivery of environmental remediation, mine closure, and construction projects across Northern Canada.

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in construction, environmental, mining, industrial, or infrastructure projects. You will coordinate construction, remediation, and field activities, support project planning, and monitor field progress, safety, quality, and contractor performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating construction, remediation, and field activities

- Supporting project planning, scheduling, procurement, and contractor coordination

- Monitoring field progress, safety, quality, and contractor performance

- Maintaining project documentation

- Collaborating with clients, contractors, Indigenous communities, regulators, and technical teams

- Assisting with logistics, mobilization, workforce coordination, and material management

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or a related discipline

- 2-5 years of experience in construction, environmental, mining, industrial, or infrastructure projects

- Experience coordinating contractors, field activities, schedules, budgets, and project documentation

- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, work packages, schedules, and contract documents

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management or scheduling software

- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $35.70 - $47.30 for AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT, $32.60 - $44.90 for MB & ON, and $32.30 - $42.90 for NB, NL, NS, PE & QC.
