## Description

The Regional Sales Manager's primary responsibility is to sell and execute Red Bull's strategies and initiatives across an assigned group of regions, divisions, or banners within a specific national chain.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage regional key account volume, market share, spending budgets, and performance results

- Develop productive business relationships with assigned accounts

- Ensure regional programs and promotional activities align with the overall chain strategy and Joint Business Plan

- Execute distribution for priority packages in line with Channel Strategy recommendations

- Sell Red Bull's recommended pricing program and customize presentations to address customer needs

- Develop an annual promotion schedule in accordance with chain headquarters goals

- Evaluate ROI for all regional, divisional, and banner-level programming and promotions

- Conduct quarterly business reviews to update internal and external stakeholders on business performance

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 4 years of sales and key account experience with a strong track record of success

- Experience working with chain accounts and owner groups across multiple channels

- Strong analytical skills and experience using both internal and external data sources

- Excellent communication and active listening skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
