## Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Product Management to lead a strategic area of Tableau's product portfolio. As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for a significant area of Tableau's product portfolio. You will build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management organization, partnering closely with Engineering and UX leadership to establish a shared product vision, priorities, and execution plan.

Key responsibilities:

- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management organization

- Partner closely with Engineering and UX leadership to establish a shared product vision, priorities, and execution plan

- Take GM-like accountability for customer outcomes, adoption, engagement, and business performance

Requirements:

- Proven experience owning complex, high-impact product portfolios, ideally within enterprise software, analytics, data platforms, or AI

- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing product management teams

- Strong technical fluency to engage deeply with Engineering and UX

- Demonstrated success bringing innovative products to market and driving adoption, engagement, and business outcomes

The typical base salary range for this position is $218,400 - $365,200 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $263,200 - $401,400 annually.
