Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

As a Designer Advocate, you will partner closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to empower users through engaging content, meaningful interactions, and genuine advocacy.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers unlock the full potential of Figma across real product workflows

- Develop written, visual, and video resources that reflect how modern teams design and build

- Foster meaningful relationships within the Figma community and identify collaboration opportunities

- Regularly present at industry meetups, conferences, and community events

- Stay attuned to community feedback, sentiment, and emerging design trends

Requirements:

- Deep, hands-on expertise in Figma, modern product and visual design workflows, and design systems

- Experience working within cross-functional product teams

- Comfortable navigating evolving workflows and technologies

- Passionate about the design community and a clear, compelling communicator

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
