## Description

As a Sales Activator at Red Bull Canada, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding distribution across various channels.

Your main objectives will be:

- Execute long-term sales strategies in key retail and impulse accounts

- Secure distribution of Red Bull in new accounts

- Implement merchandising standards and track KPI execution

- Collaborate with local distribution partners to ensure seamless execution

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving Red Bull's Perfect Store conditions to outperform competitors

- Executing the opening of new accounts to increase distribution

- Selling additional points of distribution to enhance in-store presence

- Encouraging distributors to enroll independent accounts into the Volume Incentive Program

- Working closely with key regional strategic accounts to drive promotional execution and in-store conditions

To excel in this role, you will need:

- Outstanding sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry, preferably in beverages, with over 3 years of experience

- Experience leading, managing, and motivating distribution partners with over 3 years of experience

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies

- Strong knowledge of consumer marketing principles

- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training abilities

- Ability to work independently and be organized

- Experience with basic administrative programs such as Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

- A university degree is preferred

- A valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record is required

- Fluency in English is essential
