## Description

Flow Traders is looking for an Experienced Digital Assets Trader to join their global Digital Assets Trading team, with the opportunity to be based in Amsterdam.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in low-latency (CeFi) trading and/or on-chain (DeFi) trading, with significant and consistent PnL generation through strategies deployed in production.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and optimise profitable trading strategies across CeFi and/or DeFi markets

- Contribute to the 24/7 trading, monitoring, and risk management of digital asset strategies

- Identify and capitalise on market inefficiencies across exchanges, instruments, and protocols

- Collaborate with global teams to enhance execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure

- Contribute research and insights to improve overall team performance and strategy portfolio

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of professional trading experience at a leading proprietary trading firm, market maker or crypto-native trading desk

- Proven PnL generation from strategies personally built, deployed, and managed in live production

- Experience in: Low-latency CeFi trading and/or On-chain (DeFi) trading

- Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics

- Practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems

- Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback

- Comfortable working flexible hours

- Strong quantitative skills with solid programming and data handling capabilities (e.g. Python, SQL)
