## Description

Priory Hospital Altrincham is seeking a Bank Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join their team.

As a Bank HCA, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to patient wellbeing, providing personalised care and support to patients with various mental health conditions and addictions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans

- Provide practical support and responsive care to patients with daily living activities

- Observe and monitor patient wellbeing, reporting any concerns to senior staff

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**

- Educated to NVQ 1 or GCSE level in Mathematics and English

- Understanding of confidentiality and basic IT literacy

- Resilience and empathy to support patients through challenging times
