## Description

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Manager, Fulfilment (Warehouse) to oversee our end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across warehouse processes, driving productivity, maintaining service quality, and leading a high-performing team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations, ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse processes.

- Supervise, organize, direct, and train a team of warehouse associates.

- Establish, monitor, and manage operational goals.

- Ensure accurate fulfilment of B2B and B2C orders within agreed SLAs.

- Review and prepare workflow, manpower, and space requirements.

- Participate in warehousing design and implement warehouse management procedures.

- Use system software to manage inventory flow.

- Manage arrangements with internal and external delivery partners.

- Optimize warehouse operations through continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to flag system and process gaps.

- Develop and execute project-based solutions.

- Communicate policies to associates and maintain compliance.

- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

- 3-5 years of operations management experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.

- Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and fulfilment.

- Good understanding of B2B and B2C warehousing and fulfilment operations.

- Strong business acumen and operational objectives.

- Proven ability to manage resources effectively.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Prior people management experience preferred.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.

- Strong proficiency in English.
