## Description

Freshworks is looking for a Technical Curriculum Developer to join the Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you'll create engaging technical learning experiences for Partners, Solution Engineers, Professional Services teams, and other customer-facing technical roles.

You'll combine learning design, multimedia content creation, and technical proficiency to help learners confidently understand, demonstrate, and implement Freshworks solutions. Your work will directly improve technical readiness and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop technical learning experiences including eLearning, certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, job aids, and learning paths

- Create polished, professional-quality multimedia learning content using text, video, audio, animations, interactions, and tools such as Articulate 360

- Partner with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences

- Assess learning needs and define course scope, learning objectives, content structure, and assessments

- Build and maintain technical certifications and readiness programs

- Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and business outcomes

Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience designing technical curriculum, digital learning experiences, or enablement programs in a SaaS or technology environment

- Demonstrated ability to create polished, professional-quality multimedia learning content

- Strong learning design skills, including defining course scope, developing learning objectives, structuring content, and building assessments

- Experience creating learning for technical audiences

- Solid technical foundation in computer science, SaaS, enterprise software, or related technologies
