## Description

We are seeking a Head of TSCO Indonesia to lead our team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Head of TSCO for APAC and have a matrix line to the country COO. You will manage a team of 11 staff responsible for all settlement and documentation functions for IB business, including Money Market and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure processing is carried out in accordance with Key Operating Procedures manual and within timeliness and accuracy standards

- Manage and lead day-to-day processing and exception handling in Global Market products

- Identify and manage operational risks, and escalate where required

- Actively participate in local and regional projects related to technology, process, and people

- Drive continuous improvement in productivity to meet prescribed standards

- Uphold the values of the group and company at all times

- Comply with all applicable rules and regulations

- Leverage technology, such as global systems and AI tools, to improve cost per trade and scalability

Requirements:

- University graduate

- Experience in similar fields

- Strong knowledge of Treasury Products, especially Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives (CCS, IRS), and reconciliation

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, fluent in English

- Operational risk awareness is crucial

- Willing to work under pressure and be a good team player

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and solve business problems
