## Description

We are seeking an Aircraft Appearance Supervisor to join our team at Gatwick Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality cleaning standards are met within the set time frame.

Key responsibilities include:

- Proactive management of cleaning teams to ensure all SLA's are met

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders/clients

- Stock management and stock takes

- Maintaining quality standards of cleaning

- Setting an example and delivering legendary service

- Efficiently planning and allocating tasks to team members

- Monitoring the team to ensure all members are working to agreed standards

- Signing in and out equipment

- Completing final walkthrough with the teams

- Ensuring absence management processes are effectively managed for cleaners

- Ensuring good management practices, including effective appraisals and assessments

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous supervisory/management experience

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks

- Ability to work alone and as part of a team

- Approachable and courteous manner

- Understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building

- Full UK driving licence
