## Description

Join Advocate Health as a Pre/post RN in Greensboro, North Carolina. This full-time role offers a salary range of $35.50 - $53.25 per hour and 40 hours per week.

As a Pre/post RN, you will engage in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families through the continuum of care.

Responsibilities include:

- Monitoring patient conditions and adjusting care plans

- Collaborating with the care team to influence care outcomes

- Upholding and promoting a culture of safety

- Continuously evaluating patient, team, and unit outcomes

- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies safely

- Demonstrating effective communication and conflict resolution

- Pursuing professional development and maintaining certifications

Requirements:

- Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program

- Active, unrestricted registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Typically 1 year of experience in clinical nursing

- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
