We are seeking a high-quality lawyer to join our Melbourne office as a Senior Associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) space. The role involves advising on commercial technology and IP-led matters, including complex services agreements, outsourcing and managed services arrangements, cloud and platform agreements, and AI-related deals.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience as a qualified lawyer, strong drafting, negotiation and matter management skills, and demonstrated experience delivering complex technology and commercial transactions in regulated sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Advising on commercial technology and IP-led matters

- Delivering complex technology and commercial transactions in regulated sectors

- Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers

- Strong organisational and communication skills

Requirements:
