## Description

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Manager (Project Manager) to lead project teams and drive successful customer outcomes with implementations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional services, consulting, or project management experience, and 2+ years of experience managing technology implementations, preferably on the Salesforce platform.

**Your Impact** As an Engagement Delivery Manager, you will:

- Lead project teams and provide clear communication, motivation, and direction

- Act as the primary customer interface and run project management activities

- Build and lead project plans, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as needed

- Guide teams through the software delivery lifecycle using Agile

- Oversee utilization of project resources and budget

- Lead one large project or multiple small to medium-sized related projects

- Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or block teams from reaching project goals

- Facilitate requirements gathering and prepare project deliverables and Salesforce documentation

- Work as an extension of the account team to grow the Salesforce footprint

- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including project management, risk and issue management, communication, and organizational change

- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with business end users

**Basic Qualifications**

- 5+ years of professional services, consulting, or project management experience

- 2+ years of experience managing technology implementations, preferably on the Salesforce platform

- Proven experience in project management, including external client projects in software development, CRM, and SaaS environments

- Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a project plan

- Ability to facilitate meetings with client stakeholders and support team members

- Demonstrated project management skills, with direct responsibility for leading project teams of 10+ members and managing budgets and schedules

- Ability to hold difficult conversations and maintain clear communication with remote consultants

- Strong interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication

- Proficiency in Spanish and English

- Availability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Business process knowledge in an industry vertical (e.g., Financial Services, Telco, Health & Life Sciences)

- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, SAFe, Scrum)

- Experience advising client business and technology stakeholders

- Pre-sales skills and change management experience

- Exposure to enterprise-scale integration solutions and cloud technology

- Experience implementing CRM solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce
