## Description

We are seeking a Life Product Manager to join our Life Product Development department. As a Life Product Manager, you will drive and support end-to-end product development and implementation across all distribution channels.

Principal responsibilities:

- Drive cross-department collaboration to launch products and initiatives in a timely manner

- Prepare and review product materials, including product specifications and policy provisions

- Engage in Product Work Group meetings to review product requirements and ensure accurate IT development

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gain insights on market trends

- Support ongoing product maintenance and post-launch initiatives

Requirements:

- University degree holder

- Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in life insurance product development or related background

- Professional qualification such as ASA or FSA is a plus

- Self-starter with good ability to navigate complexities and co-work with different levels of stakeholders

- Good leadership and stakeholder management skills with good business acumen

- Strong analytical skills and strong business judgement

- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
