You will drive Synopsys ICV overall PERC (Programmable Electrical Rule Checking) Product Strategies for established process nodes and advanced process nodes to support advanced market needs. You will influence a team of experienced technical product managers and associated staff to drive adoption of Synopsys ICV overall PERC Product Strategies for Established Process Nodes into the rapidly evolving established process node ecosystem.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support the creation and execution of strategies for Synopsys ICV PERC established process node designs that align with both associated advanced process nodes and overall Synopsys ICV broader business objectives.

- Be the established node ICV PERC visionary of this new organization within Synopsys EDA Product Management as it grows in response to the market.

- Work closely with Synopsys ICV product management, R&D, and sales teams to align ICV PERC established node needs with advanced process nodes Synopsys product development and go-to-market strategies.

- Train and assist Technical Sales to understand PERC market needs and drive customer benchmarks that result in new business for Synopsys ICV.

- Train and assist Sales to navigate complex partnership discussions and agreements, balancing Synopsys' needs with mutually beneficial outcomes for the market.

**The Impact You Will Have:**

- Accelerate Synopsys' ICV PERC strategic positioning in the 3D and Chiplet established node market via identification and development of competitive differentiation.

- Strengthen Synopsys' influence and thought leadership within the EDA and semiconductor ecosystem through compelling presentations and industry engagement.

- Build and maintain trust-based relationships within Synopsys EDA to facilitate collaboration and proactive management of ICV PERC solutions.

**Requirements:**

- 15+ years of relevant EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience.

- BSc in Electrical Engineering and/or Device Physics required; MSc in your field desired.

- Deep understanding of the Semiconductor ecosystem and expertise with interpreting and negotiating Foundry PERC Design Rule Manuals.

- Proven ability to work with senior management to help create a product management team that can support Synopsys Technical Sales, product teams, and customers worldwide.
