We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Full-Time Receptionist to join our busy Family Practice and Urgent Care. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to patients and families while ensuring the front office operates efficiently.

**Qualifications:**

- High School diploma

- Minimum one year experience in customer service-related field; medical office experience preferred but not required

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work under stress with frequent interruptions

- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Hours:**

- Clinic Hours are Mon-Fri 8-8 and Saturday 8-3

- This position will be for day hours with occasional ability to cover night and Saturday as needed.
