## Description

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee in San Diego. The base salary range for this position is $21.62 to $23.96 per hour.

As a Sales Trainee, you will be part of a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. Your primary focus will be to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during periods of absence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and its products

- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and merchandising

- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales

- Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans

- Effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities

- Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed and meet daily KPIs

- Support the team with audits, merchandising, and display building

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English language proficiency; additional languages an advantage
