## Description

As a Director on the Associate Experience product team at Capital One, you will lead the development of the Workplace Experience Platform, connecting employees with simple, digitally enriched experiences. The platform will securely integrate internal data and workflows with daily-used tools like intranet, Slack, and AI assistants.

Key responsibilities:

- Establish the strategic vision for the Workplace Experience Platform across a three-phase roadmap

- Lead product execution, directing a team to drive business value and ensure solutions align with the end goal

- Drive enablement programs for intranet web and mobile adoption and transformation

- Work cross-functionally to establish governance protocols and build a cohesive ecosystem

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience

Preferred qualifications:

- Product expertise with generative AI products

- Experience with agentic frameworks and LLM orchestration protocols

- Track record in defining long-term digital strategy and implementing governance standards

- Experience managing product management teams and leading senior-level direct reports

- Strong background serving as a primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Data/ML teams, and senior executive leadership

Salary ranges: Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100 McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000
