## Description

Join us as Clinical Lead at Blakelands Hospital, where you'll play a key role in supporting our clinical teams to deliver outstanding care and the highest quality outcomes for our patients.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll be integral to the development of operational management to support and meet the business and workforce objectives of Blakelands Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

As the Clinical Lead, you will support the Head of Clinical Services to deliver engaging communication to our staff, patients, and wider hospital peers and assist in driving sustainable excellence in safety and quality of care and services.

**Responsibilities**

- Support the Head of Clinical Services to deliver high-quality care and services

- Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders

- Ensure clinical teams perform to the very best of their ability

- Deputise for the Head of Clinical Services in their absence

**Requirements**

- Professional clinical registration with no restrictions with the NMC or HCPC

- Five years' experience minimum in post-registration working as a Head of Department or equivalent within healthcare

- Experience in clinical governance and infection control and prevention

- Comprehensive understanding of relevant legal and professional care/practice standards and evidence of ongoing professional development
