## Description

Databricks is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join its team in Sydney, Australia. This role is designed as a Core role, focusing on driving the company's growth by expanding its footprint with existing customers.

The Impact You Will Have:

- Drive consumption by helping customers derive value from the platform

- Secure strategic committed deals by identifying, structuring, and closing opportunities

- Prospect and generate leads using various strategies and resources

- Build relationships with key prospects in the territory

- Conduct first meetings and create territory and account plans

- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal

- Collaborate with architects, professional services engagement managers, and executive sponsors

What We Look For:

- Proven track record in sales, ideally with Digital Natives accounts

- Demonstrable experience in selling innovation in Data Platforms, AI/ML, Big Data, or Cloud technology

- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement skills

- Ability to drive consumption and secure first-time commits

- Understanding of Databricks' platform and its value to customers
