## Description

As a Production Team Member at McLaren Automotive, you will work as part of a multi-functional team, reporting to a Production Team Leader. Your role involves improving team performance in quality, cost control, productivity, and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Understand and follow detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Ensure all station operations meet the required quality standards

- Complete operations within the required timescale (Takt time)

- Collaborate with the team to define and solve problems affecting quality, cost, or productivity

- Attend work regularly and on time, informing the Team Leader of any lateness or unplanned absence

- Maintain a clean, tidy, and orderly work area

- Adhere to McLaren's expectations for uniform and appearance

- Foster a safe working environment for yourself and team members

- Participate in continuous improvement activities

- Understand and adhere to McLaren's Values

Requirements:

- No formal qualifications are necessary; experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment is advantageous

- Prior team-working experience and experience working to timescales are desirable
