## Description

Join the M&S Café team in Stratford-Upon-Avon as a Customer Assistant, providing five-star service during busy periods.

Hours:

- Tuesday: 9:00-14:45

- Wednesday: 10:00-15:45

- Saturday: 9:00-14:45

- Sunday: 10:00-15:45

Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Responsibilities:

- Provide warm, five-star service while making great food and drink recommendations

- Operate efficiently and effectively, maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Be digitally confident, using tools to take and fulfil orders quickly

- Support colleagues and contribute to a high-performance culture

- Adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
