## Description

TripleTree, part of Capital One, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join their team. The Associate will perform critical functions throughout the entire transaction process, from preparing clients for market to closing deals. The role offers opportunities for professional development, financial and technical expertise, and upward mobility.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information

- Manage and assist in the preparation of financial models and business valuations

- Conduct industry and company-specific business due diligence

- Create client marketing presentations, memoranda, and deliverables

- Attend client meetings

- Draft and collaborate on pitch presentations

- Develop an understanding of underlying trends affecting the Healthcare industry

- Coordinate and manage the creation of industry research publications

- Assist in developing and cultivating client relationships

- Assist in managing and mentoring Analyst team members

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Military Experience

- At least 3 years of investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics

- At least 4 years of M&A investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience within the healthcare space

- At least 2 years of sell-side M&A experience

- Financial modeling experience, including building detailed operating models

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles

- FINRA Licenses - Series 63, Series 79, SIE

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on location. The role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
