## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will build and execute smart sales and marketing plans to grow the Red Bull brand and product consumption within the student community and beyond.

Responsibilities:

- Be a Brand & Product Ambassador: live and breathe the Red Bull brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way

- Grow the user base through product sampling and competent answers to consumer questions

- Build and execute a tailored campus plan engaging students and bringing the brand to life

- Establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals

- Drive brand engagement on social media handles via authentic content

- Work at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience

- Be a Sales Expert: build relationships with local sales account managers, collaborate with sales to open new distribution points, leverage relevant assets, and ensure perfect execution of store standards

- Executional Excellence: deliver executional excellence, share ideas, collaborate with the team, plan and report activities, and contribute to developing the Red Bull media business

Requirements:

- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product

- Excellent communication skills

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality

- Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the collegiate landscape

- Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people

- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability to manage part-time work and studies, available to work some evenings and weekends

- Affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales

- Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus

- Full, valid Canadian driver's license with a clear abstract

- University enrollment

- Fluency in English
