## Description

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Zionsville, IN. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within our store. You will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, assisting them with their healthcare needs and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the pharmacy team with daily operations, including filling prescriptions, answering phone calls, and providing customer service

- Operate as part of the pharmacy team, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices

- Contribute to a positive patient experience by showing empathy and genuine care

- Complete basic inventory activities, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts

- Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including volunteering to work shifts in other stores

- Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and professional standards

Requirements:

- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy

- Must be at least 16 years of age (if state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement)

- High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program (if state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement)

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

- Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations to meet business needs

- Full-time position, 40 hours per week

- Flexible weekday shift times: Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm; Saturday, 10am-6pm; Sunday, 10am-6pm
