## Description

We are seeking a Project Manager Building Decontamination and Release (GeDuF) for the Decommissioning department at the Brunsbüttel nuclear power plant.

As Project Manager Building Decontamination and Release, you will be responsible for the operational and safe execution of building decontamination and release projects.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- Plan, control, and manage (partial) projects within the building decontamination and release framework, in agreement with the responsible project group leader

- Continuously adapt and optimise project planning, considering the boundary conditions of the entire program

- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to achieve project goals

- Represent the overall project management for building decontamination and release

- Create tender documents (technical request documents) for tenders and orders, including accompanying, evaluating, and comparing offers in the award process

- Evaluate order changes and perform claim management

- Create and review decommissioning notifications, change requests, reports, and presentations

- Report status to various stakeholders

- Achieve project goals regarding costs, deadlines, and results

- Act as contact person for authorities and experts

- Conduct meetings (regular and ad-hoc) and briefings (also on-site)

- Manage project resources and employees

- Create and review documents such as preliminary examination documents, step-by-step plans, and dismantling concepts

- Monitor work progress on-site

- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety Ordinance (e.g., risk assessments, work instructions)

- Proactively communicate risks and opportunities to the project group leader and program

Qualifications:

- University/faculty degree in an engineering discipline or comparable qualification

- Knowledge of nuclear decommissioning is desirable

- Knowledge of building decontamination and/or release is advantageous

- Experience in project management

- Experience in civil engineering, hazardous substance remediation, radiation protection, or similar is beneficial

- Team spirit, self-motivation, and the ability to act solution-oriented in dynamic work environments
