## Description

As a Sr. Client Account Executive, Enterprise at Dialpad, you will be responsible for helping existing clients execute upgrades to their accounts, driving year-over-year revenue growth.

Your main tasks will include:

- Managing the full sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise clients

- Collaborating closely with internal teams and Dialpad Partners to drive customer base expansion

- Partnering with fellow Enterprise CAEs to identify leads for upsell and cross-sell opportunities

- Strategizing account growth by crafting personalized account plans

- Fostering strong relationships with customers to understand their strategic goals and anticipate expansion requirements

- Proactively generating leads and nurturing a robust sales pipeline

- Consistently achieving or surpassing quarterly revenue targets

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- 7-10 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment

- Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets with either a New Business or Client Sales background

- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers

- Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- 5 years of SaaS sales background, preferably in UCaaS/CCaaS

- Experience with CRM software and GSuite tools
