## Description

The Power Delivery Substation Business Unit is seeking a Substation Senior Associate Project Lead, Department Manager for the Substation Foxborough Department. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day activities of the department, achieving business plan goals, maintaining high-quality standards, and promoting teamwork.

Responsibilities:

- Act as trusted advisor to the Vice President, Region Manager, supporting the Northeast Region

- Manage financial, technical, and staffing aspects of the Substation Department

- Apply high-level substation engineering techniques to identify improvements for infrastructure projects

- Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates

- Oversee cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and professionals

- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations

- Collaborate with other engineers and leaders on proposal and business development opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline

- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering

- Demonstrable experience as a leader of project and/or client teams

- Proficient with electrical engineering principles, practices, and design/build

- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience as a people leader in an Area Lead or Department Manager capacity

- Professional Engineer License

Compensation:

- Expected Salary: $160,000 - $200,000
