## Compensation

The Senior GTM Partnerships Manager position offers a salary range of CA$225K – CA$270K, along with equity, commission, and a 70/30 split between base and variable pay.

## About the Team

We are looking for a Senior GTM Partnerships Manager to join our Canada team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales instincts, a builder mindset, and the ability to move fast.

## What You'll Do

As a Senior GTM Partnerships Manager, you will define and execute the partnerships strategy for Canada. You will identify key partners, drive revenue, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

## Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the partnerships strategy for Canada

- Identify and secure high-impact partners

- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth

- Lead end-to-end partner relationships

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and strategy teams

- Track performance and optimize partnership impact

## Who You Are

### Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales

- Strong network in Canada across relevant commercial ecosystems

- Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes

- Experience launching or scaling partnerships in a new market

- High urgency and strong ownership mentality

### Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in fintech, ecommerce, or high-growth startups

- Understanding of adjacent ecosystems relevant to Airwallex

- Bilingual (French is an asset)
