## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Intern, focusing on After-Sales and Customer Relations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Head of After-Sales Business Development to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Duration:** 6 months, starting January 2027

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in preparing after-sales activity reports

- Support the tracking and management of key after-sales performance indicators

- Participate in monthly after-sales department meetings

- Provide support to the after-sales team, working with regional heads and Porsche service centres

- Contribute to the planning and execution of commercial events and challenges for distributors

- Conduct market research to benchmark competitors' after-sales products and services

**Requirements:**

- Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree

- Strong interest in the automotive industry

- Excellent teamwork and organisational skills

- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
