## Description

We are seeking an intern to support our logistics operations in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

- Process and confirm shipping documents for logistics operations

- Prepare and maintain documents and customs declarations related to shipments

- Record and enter data for daily order processing and shipping activities

- Arrange picking, packing, and shipping processes

- Monitor and update inbound and outbound shipment data

- Track freight costs and analyze related data

- Communicate with internal teams to ensure logistics processes align with production and inventory schedules

- Coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers

- Organize and maintain compliance documentation for import and export

- Prepare routine transaction data for audits

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines

- Basic understanding of logistics processes and willingness to learn

- Effective communication and collaboration skills

Commitment Period: 5 months and above
