## Description

**Job Description:**

As an Import / Export Daily Operations specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily inbound and outbound shipment tasks, supporting daily requests for Commercial Invoices, and ensuring timely customs data is sent to customs brokers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform daily inbound shipment tasks:

+ Monitor import shipments via pre-alert and ensure timely customs data is sent to customs brokers   + Validate and investigate system-generated data and its discrepancies against physical shipment documents   + Monitor and file any shipment discrepancies   + Update daily tracker files to record all import shipments   + Log IT tickets for errors found in SAP system

- Support daily requests for Commercial Invoices:

+ Attend to requests to amend or trigger Commercial Invoices   + Log IT tickets for errors found in SAP system

- Perform daily outbound shipment tasks:

+ Validate and investigate system-generated data and its discrepancies against physical shipment documents   + Monitor and file any shipment discrepancies   + Clear data incompleteness checks for export declarations in SAP system   + Log IT tickets for errors found in SAP system

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree holder

- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience relating to Trade Compliance or Import & Export operations

- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional groups across different regions
