## Description

As a Fulfillment Operations Analyst at Ford Motor Company, you will oversee North American supplier manufacturing from a supply chain and logistics perspective. This position demands strategic thinking, effective leadership, and the capability to manage multiple issues simultaneously across various plants and suppliers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Optimizing supply chain tools to identify supply risks and drive operational efficiencies. Protecting production stability by proactively managing daily and weekly schedules. Driving cost mitigation through continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. Communicating and escalating risk by providing leadership with clear visibility into supply constraints. Fostering cross-functional collaboration with purchasing, supplier technical assistance, supplier operations, product development, and plant teams. Managing supplier accountability by overseeing critical suppliers to ensure full compliance with Ford's global terms, expectations, and performance standards.

To succeed in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in operations and data analytics. You should also possess technical proficiency in MS Office, a proven track record in manufacturing or supply chain operations, and demonstrated experience in SAP, Alteryx, or similar data analysis tools.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have strong data storytelling capabilities, the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and a proactive 'bias for action' focused on identifying and resolving supply risks within the 'clear to build' horizon to ensure operational stability.
