## Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will drive sales within the Department of Transportation.

You will manage complex sales cycles, present to C-level executives, close net new logos, and expand existing accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing complex sales cycles and presenting to C-level executives

- Closing net new logos and expanding existing accounts

- Identifying and closing quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles

- Exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets

- Tracking customer details in Salesforce

- Using a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers

- Promoting Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark

- Ensuring 100% satisfaction among all customers

- Prioritising opportunities and applying appropriate resources

- Building a plan for success internally and externally with accounts

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an early-stage company

- 5+ years of field sales experience, with DOT/FAA experience required

- Background in big data, Cloud, or SaaS sales is preferable

- Track record of success delivering business value to customers

- Experience with cloud technologies

- Bachelor's degree preferred

The pay range for this role is $272,000-$374,000 USD.
