## Description

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Pittsburgh. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager, and maintain customer relationships.

## Responsibilities

### Training

The Sales Trainee role is a training position that prepares you for the Account Sales Manager role. Upon successful participation in the training program, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.

### Business Acumen

You will learn about Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, the brand, and products. Your tasks will include:

- Building and protecting the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product

- Setting proper brand flow following Red Bull standards

- Establishing and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales

### Daily Preparation

Your daily tasks will involve:

- Obtaining all necessary tools to execute the daily plan

- Effectively communicating with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities

- Training with Account Sales Managers

### In Route Support

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the global strategy for in-store execution measured by Winning vs Competition and Perfect Store Audit

- Covering Account Sales Manager routes as needed

- Meeting daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

### Off Route Support

You will also support the team with:

- Audits

- Blitz

- Building displays

- Merchandising to drive sales

## Requirements

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
