## Description

As a Medical Information Specialist at Pfizer, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in your designated area, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures

- Building partnerships with customers

- Planning and organizing academic meetings or activities

- Collecting market and customer feedback through company management systems and other compliant channels

- Analyzing and providing feedback and suggestions

- Maintaining effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments

- Continuously improving professional knowledge and skills under the guidance of senior managers

- Executing new initiatives and exploring opportunities for innovation and optimization

Requirements:

- University diploma in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields as required by the Pharmaceutical Representative Management Regulations

- Proficient in MS Office, good English skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Strong learning willingness and ability

- Self-motivated and able to manage pressure

- Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
