## Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven General Manager - Saudi Arabia who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the Saudi Arabia strategy & execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure our Middle East business aligns with and contributes to our overall business strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to meet the company’s goals in the Saudi Arabia market.

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.

- Devise strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.

- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates.

- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business.

- Ensure that the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the Saudi Arabia market to attract and retain clients.

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.

- Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in tech, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or GM role.

- Extensive knowledge working in the Saudi Arabia.

- Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L.

- Strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.

- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus.

- Based out of the Saudi Arabia.
