## Description

We are seeking a MEAL Manager to be based in Hadjer Hadid, Chad. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating reflection meetings and ensuring that data is collected and entered regularly.

**Responsibilities** The MEAL Manager will:

- Facilitate reflection meetings as part of the IRC's Project Cycle Meetings approach and share actionable notes with relevant staff members

- Collaborate with MEAL officers and programme colleagues to establish project databases or tracking sheets and ensure regular data collection and entry

- Ensure integration of gender, protection, and accountability across all activities

- Respect IRC's security policies and standards

- Perform other tasks as requested by their supervisor

**Requirements**

- University degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing integrated health-nutrition projects, sexual and reproductive health, protection, economic well-being, education, or a related sector with international NGOs or humanitarian organisations

- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative studies and surveys

- Strong skills in project management, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as budget preparation and reporting

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software such as Epi Info and SPSS

- Knowledge of Commcare, IRHIS, and KoboCollect platforms is an asset

- French language proficiency is required, with Arabic and/or English being desirable

**Work Environment and Conditions** The MEAL Manager will be based in Hadjer Hadid with frequent travel to different departments in the Sila and Wadi Fira provinces, as well as to the Farchana health district.
