## Description

The Regional Sellers & Co-Brand team at Visa is responsible for growing business with Regional Sellers and related third parties in Asia Pacific markets.

As a Senior Manager – Regional Merchants & Cobrands, you will be based in the Singapore Market Support Centre and report to a Director, Regional Sellers & Co-Brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and executing partnership opportunities with Regional Merchants to drive growth across Visa's various business verticals

- Developing and executing partner roadmaps that address customer needs, solve business challenges, and support Visa's growth objectives

- Driving cross-functional alignment to accelerate implementation, commercialization, and market expansion initiatives

- Leading commercial negotiations, renewals, and business expansion opportunities

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of experience in account management, partnerships, go-to-market, consulting, product management or commercial strategy

- Strong analytical and synthesis skills

- Demonstrated experience working across cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders from different business units and markets

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Execution-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through

- Bachelor's degree required

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, with expectations to be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Some business travel is to be expected.
